New this year: template now includes the proofreading statement from our publisher, which has to be included only in the final version of the paper.
As all your papers have to go through double blind review process, please submit your original paper without including author information and proofreading statement (first and last page). You will be asked to include both in the final submission of papers, that will be included in proceedings.
