For online registration (preferred) to the Conference, please visit the link above. Online registration is carried out by Albatros Bled, Congress Agency and Congress Service. You need to register as a user in their Website to get your username and password. This will allow you to register for the conference, as well as to modify your registration afterwards. ACCOMMODATION
Please note that the deadline for accommodation reservations is June 6, 2010. More information is available on the registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of conference fee, less an administrative fee of EUR 80, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than May 31, 2010. Registrants cancelling on June 1, 2010 or later will not be entitled to a refund.
If registrant can not attend, another person within the organization can take his/her place. Please inform Registration Manager of the change.
OFFICIAL CARRIER
Adria Airways offers 20% discount (economy, business) on the designated applicable fare to the participants and accompanying persons. The number of seats for special fares are limited and might not be available on all flights/dates/days. Taxes, fees and other supplements are not subject to a discount. Reservation can be made at the nearest Adria Airways branch office or via an Adria sales agent listed here.
