Registration Fee includes 20% VAT.
Registration Fee includes transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled railway station.
Full-time students recommended by their professor are invited to apply for a grant to waive 50% of the conference fee.
Cancellation policy - Refund of conference fee, less an administrative fee of EUR 80, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than May 31, 2009. Registrants cancelling on June 1, 2009 or later will not be entitled to a refund.
If registrant can not attend, another person within the organization can take his/her place. Please inform Registration Manager of the change.
