Workshop outline The aim of the presentation is to give information about one stop shop project for companies. The system/portal enables online registration of companies, at one stop shop entry point and at notaries. The One stop shop system also support submission of tax data through the portal at a entry point, declaration of free post and online performance of entry into obligatory social insurance, changes on social insurance and sending application for termination of employees or their family members from social insurance. The system supports sending the application for obtaining a craft permit.
Companies can open a temporary bank account online, with use of qualified digital certificate, so there is no need to contact a bank physically.
All procedures for a single member company can be done online, including e-delivery of decision about the entry into court and business register.
Online procedures could be done from any EU country member, because the system supports foreign certificates. Before a foreign certificate can be used at one stop shop portal, a user from abroad must perform an online registration into central register of population.
Slovenia has successfully implemented online registration into central register of population with a foreign qualified digital certificate that was declared as official digital certificate at the country that was inovolved in the pilot. The online registration into central register of population is also going to be a case of the presentation.
The project manager on the side of the ministry will present their approach to the project, the representative of a contractor will contribute more details on the implementation of services.
