Registration Fee for Bled eConference:

Spouse / guests until May 5 EUR 200, after May 5 EUR 250 (including lunches and social events)

Registration Fee includes 20% VAT.

Registration Fee includes free transfers from either Ljubljana International Airport or Lesce-Bled and Ljubljana railway station.

Full-time students recommended by their professor are invited to apply for a grant to waive 50% of the conference fee.

Cancellation policy - Refund of conference fee, less an administrative fee of EUR 80, will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than May 31, 2008. Registrants cancelling on June 1, 2008 or later will not be entitled to a refund.

If registrant can not attend, another person within the organization can take his/her place.

Discount can only be obtained for Adria Airways flights and cannot be included in any other travel cost calculations.

Discount may be granted only against presentation of an adequate code “BLED 2008” at the time of ticketing. Applicable dates of travelling: 12 – 20 JUN 2008.
